No Contact Training (Covid-19) | |
As we face constantly changing circumstances related to COVID-19, wed like to update you on the steps we are taking as a business to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients. The Fourth R is providing none-contact training with an instructor via screen sharing software. This type of training combines the benefits of both customised instructor led and classroom based training with the convenience of a virtual learning environment. Virtual Fourth R allows people to learn in real time so its both interactive and participative. The key difference is that participants and trainer are not in the same physical location. The benefits to you: No physical contact Live interaction with experienced and qualified instructors How does it work? Typically sessions involve participants logging on to a Fourth R computer where the trainer is able to interact with them directly. The required visuals are viewed by both parties for the session. A physical manual is provide to the client prior to establishing a session. There will also be an audio facility provided by a separate audio bridge such as a telephone conference facility. |
